This Rail-Motor was designed and built for the use of HRH the Crown Prince Wilhelm of Germany, who was to have visited the Colony during 1914. Unfortunately, due to the First World War, he never came.

It was powered by a 30HP 4 cylinder Daimler-Benz petrol engine and on a trial run in June 1914 the motor car worked up a speed of 84 mph and in so doing earned for itself the reputation of being the fastest narrow gauge rail car in the world.

Headlamp LED's are provided. If ordered with the kit the 2.4GHz radio control contains all the parts to fit it in locomotive.

Kits are complete with wheels, bearings, & Magnabar couplings.
